Furniture Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, included components, photographs, descriptions, and other product information accurately. Minor differences may occur because of materials, production tolerances, photography, lighting, production batches, or display settings.
Measurements & Room Access
Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements and confirming that furniture is suitable for the intended room. Doorways, hallways, staircases, elevators, and other access points should be measured before purchase.
Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not prevent reasonable verification of payment, inventory, shipping information, suspected fraud, product availability, or pricing errors. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
Prices, Taxes & Payment
Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted. By supplying payment information, the customer confirms authorization to use the selected payment method.
Order Processing & Delivery
Most in-stock orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. For supported United States deliveries, estimated carrier transit is generally 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Assembly, Placement & Care
Where assembly is required, customers should follow supplied instructions and use the intended hardware. Furniture should be placed on an appropriate surface and maintained according to product-specific care guidance.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Customers must contact Customer Care before returning merchandise.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions may include eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, or usage limits. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.
