Available Payment Methods
Payment methods currently available for an order are displayed during checkout. Available methods may vary according to location, currency, device, payment provider, and Shopify checkout configuration.
Payment Authorization
Orders may be subject to payment authorization, verification, and fraud-prevention review before fulfillment. Banks, card issuers, digital wallets, or other payment services may request additional verification or decline a transaction.
Checkout Security
Payments are processed through Shopify and participating payment providers using security measures intended to protect transaction data. solfek™ does not store complete payment-card numbers on its own store systems.
Prices, Shipping Charges & Order Totals
Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted. Customers should review the checkout summary carefully.
Currency & Bank Fees
The applicable transaction currency is displayed through the storefront or checkout. Currency-conversion fees or charges imposed by a bank, card issuer, or other financial institution are controlled by that provider.
Discount Codes & Promotions
Promotions may have expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, quantity limits, or other conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or retroactively applied to completed orders.
Failed or Declined Payments
If payment is declined, review the billing details entered during checkout. You may also need to contact the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Fraud Prevention & Verification
Certain orders may require additional verification. We may delay, limit, or cancel an order where payment information cannot reasonably be verified or suspicious transaction activity is identified.
Refund Payments
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Posting time after issuance depends on the bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider.
